The Mooney Viscosity and Relaxation Tester (MVR) is a testing equipment that measures the Mooney viscosity and scorch time of unvulcanized rubber. The combination of the new drive system and a torque cell and the use of a three-heater drive makes the high accuracy and reproducibility of the test results. And also this equipment is compact that it can be installed in any place. Model VR-1132 is a Mooney Viscometer having a multi-step relaxation function. It measures Mooney viscosities achieved when the machine is varied in up to three steps (0.1 to 20 rpm as standard) and also measures Mooney relaxations.
