The Brittleness Tester determines the brittleness temperature and the 50% brittleness temperature of vulcanized rubber and plastics in a low-temperature environment. It comes in 2 types: (1) the single type, with a set of test piece holder; and (2) the multiple type, which accommodates up to 4 sets. The cooling system comes in two types: dry ice cooling type and refrigerator cooling type.
