The Curing Mould is such that the accuracy of the mould to be used affects the accuracy and reproducibility of the test results greatly if mould curing is conducted to manufacture test pieces of vulcanized rubber specified in JIS and ISO, along with other standards. The MD series uses a highly accurate recessed system and is based on sufficient consideration of mould shrinkage and the flows of vulcanized rubber and is manufactured under strict accuracy control. Test pieces of special shapes are available upon request.
